2023 Nissan Magnite With More Safety & RDE Compliant Engines

Japanese automaker, Nissan has silently launched the 2023 edition of the Magnite sub-4 meter SUV in the Indian market. The 2023 Nissan Magnite crossover is now offered with a host of new safety features and RDE compliant engines. The compact SUV is now available at a starting price of Rs 6 lakh, which goes up to Rs 10.58 lakh (ex-showroom).

The 2023 Nissan Magnite compact SUV is offered in 5 variants – XE, XL, XV Executive, XV and XV Premium. The small SUV is now equipped with electronic stability control, traction control, hill start assist, hydraulic brake assist, dual airbags, ABS with EBD and a tyre pressure monitoring system as standard safety features.

The top-of-the-line variant of the Magnite is offered with a 360-degree camera and over 50 connected car features along with Smartwatch connectivity. In terms of features, the SUV is comes with LED bi-projector headlamps with LED daytime running lamps, faux skid plates, electrically adjustable & foldable ORVMs, and 16-inch diamond cut alloys, an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with segment-first wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and voice recognition tech.

The sub-4 meter SUV is available with two petrol engines – a 1.0-litre 3-cylinder naturally-aspirated petrol and a 1.0-litre 3-cylinder turbocharged petrol. While the former is good for 72bhp and 91Nm of torque, the turbo unit produces 99bhp and 160Nm of torque. Transmission choices include a 5-speed manual and a CVT automatic (1.0L turbo only).
