Suzuki has unveiled its highly anticipated adventure tourer, the V-Strom 800DE, at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2024 in India. While Suzuki has not officially confirmed the launch date, industry insiders expect the V-Strom 800DE to hit the Indian market in March 2024. The adventure tourer, set to compete with the Triumph Tiger 900, BMW F850 GS, and Honda Transalp 750, is generating considerable excitement among motorcycle enthusiasts.

This adventure-ready beast is likely to come with an attractive price tag ranging from Rs. 10 lakh to Rs. 11 lakh (ex-showroom), making it a competitive option in its segment. The V-Strom 800DE is set to be imported through the CKD (Completely Knocked Down) route, promising an aggressive pricing strategy. The motorcycle will be propelled by a robust 776cc parallel-twin motor, delivering an impressive 83bhp and 78Nm of torque, coupled with a six-speed gearbox.
